How long can I keep concrete mixing for?

If I mix up a batch of concrete in my 3.5 cubic foot mixer, how long will the concrete be good for assuming that I keep it turning except for very short stops to pull out a bucket of material?
I assume it should be good for several hours as long as it is kept mixing, but I am not certain.

More than two hours is pushing it, as the concrete will reach a point where it will not matter how much water you add. Most finishers complain if the concrete sits in the truck for more than an hour.
Try to mix smaller batches if you are running into this issue.
