- I forgot my password! How do I reset it?
- You can click the "Forgot Password?" link under the sign in area. A reset password link will be emailed to you, and you will be asked to change your password upon clicking that link.
- I asked a question but I have not recieved an answer. What's wrong?
- Generally, it can take up to a week for an answer, as our professionals are active in their industries. Depending on their workload, questions may be queued for more than a week, but we urge The Pros to answer as often as possible. If your matter is urgent, please contact support and we will try our best to contact the Pro managing your question to get an answer for you.
